How do I pay?
Regina Seib Artist is a secure PayPal Internet site. We respect the privacy of our client; therefore no personal or financial data are collected as all purchases are processed through PayPal secure payment solutions. For more information on PayPal click on www.PayPal.com.

To Make a Purchase
When you have made your selection, just click the “Add to cart” button. When you are ready to check out, click on “View Cart” at the top of the screen. Then follow the instructions to pay using the secure PayPal Online payment system. (Note that taxes are included in the price).
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping and handling for shipments in Canada and the United States. Shipments to other than Canada and United States destinations may have a charge. Please contact us for details.
Packaging
All works of art are shipped directly to your home or business. All works of art are packaged in boxes designed to protect your artwork during transit. Should a work be damaged in transit, the purchase price of your work will be returned or alternately, applied to the purchase price of another piece acceptable to you the buyer. The buyer is asked to contact Regina Seib Artist immediately upon delivery of a damaged shipment.
How we ship
We ship with Canada Post and Expresspost. Delivery in Canada and USA destinations will normally take 3-7 days.
Tracking Shipments
When a painting is shipped we will attempt to send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. (If we are unable to contact you, please note that we will be tracking all shipments that we make).
Shipping dates
We ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving your order. If this is not possible you will be notified by email of the reason for delay.
